Hone Your Culinary Skills at Patchogue's Premier Cooking Classes

The space is a former restaurant that is modern, light and bright with lots of windows.

TCS is one of many businesses in the building that includes several restaurants and shops, and is steps away from this vibrant downtown.
Street metered and municipal parking surround the courtyard.

In Patchogue, beer, wine, sake, cider, and iced tea are available for purchase.

Please visit one of our many neighbors before or after class for a cocktail.

Important Requirements and Restrictions

Age Requirement: 13+ years old

We require that all participants must be at least 13 years old to attend any of our cooking classes. Anyone aged 13-17 years old, must be accompanied by paying participant who is 18 years or older. Feel free to contact us for suggestions on schools that offer kids classes.

Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

We do our best to accommodate and adjust recipes for common allergens and dietary restrictions, within reason.
Please understand that NOT all classes can be adjusted for all diets, or combinations thereof.
Small wares and stations are cleaned and sanitized between classes, but our facility is NOT allergen free.

Ingredient substitute requests via booking form are not guaranteed. Please call with questions on substitute ingredients.

We cannot offer our Pizza Class gluten-free.
We cannot offer our Fresh Mozzarella Class dairy-free.
We cannot offer our Paella Class shellfish-free.
We cannot offer our Steak Classes vegetarian.
We can not offer any Pasta Classes gluten-free.

Recipe Yields

Class purchase price and recipe yields are based on production of meals for two.
All of our stations are set for two and the vast majority of guests book in even numbers.
All booking groups work independently.
Solo guests and and odd number groups are of course welcome and common.
Solo guests work at their own stations. Strangers are never paired up.

Single guest station recipes will yield accordingly as to allow for solo participants to be able to finish in time and have the same experience.

All guests make the same amount of food regardless of attendance for the class.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

🔔 Cancel 48 hours or more before class start to receive a full refund, excluding online booking fees. 🔀 Ticket sale can be applied to another class if cancellation occurs between 48-24 hours prior to class start.

🛑 No refund policy for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class start. 🍽️ Please consider that food, supplies, and staff arrangements have been made according to reservation numbers.

📢 The Cook's Studio may cancel or reschedule a class due to minimum reservation requirements, adverse weather, or COVID-19 circumstances, notifying you at least 24 hours before class.

🎁 In case of class cancellation or rescheduling by The Cook's Studio, guests will be offered the option to switch to another class, or take a class credit-this option will come with a bonus refund percentage to credit card used. Otherwise a full refund will be processed.

📸 The individual hereby grants permission for the use of their likeness in photos, videos, or any other media, without compensation or restriction.

⚠️ All registrants must be 18 years or older; those aged 13-17 must be accompanied by a paying adult.

🔪 Participants acknowledge knife and cooking risks and release The Cook's Studio from liability for any injuries during the class.
