During each class enjoy some samplings of wine from the wineUdesign inventory, then have a glass of your favorite on us.
Chef Victor first met winemaker Vincenzo Saulle at wineUdesign while he was Campus President of The Culinary Academy of Long Island in 2015. An immediate friendship and professional collaboration was formed. The CALI staff and chefs even made a barrel of Super Tuscan red in trade for culinary teaching events at wineUdesign.
In 2019 Vincenzo and Victor decided to partner up and create The Cook’s Studio at wineUdesign. This joint venture has a collection of rotating core classes offered on a regular basis, as well as specialty teaching events, around the wine making schedule. More than just cooking classes for cooks. More than just wine for wine lovers.
All classes include wine tastings supplied by wineUdesign directly from their inventory, specially paired by Vincenzo. Sometimes right out of the barrel.
Weeknight private classes offered at this venue depending on schedule availability. 12 guests minimum, 24 maximum.
